NAISFT INDIA, National Academy of Industrial Safety & Fire Technology, operates safety, fire technology, industrial skill and career-oriented training programs under the aegis of Ashrafi Educational & Welfare Foundation.

We may collect information when you enquire, apply, purchase a course, create a student account, login to the dashboard, verify certificates, request support or communicate with our team.

  • Identity and contact details such as name, email address, mobile number, city, state and address.
  • Admission and course details such as selected program, eligibility, learning mode, payment plan and application status.
  • Student profile information such as date of birth, documents, ID card details, certificate records and support requests.
  • Payment-related order details such as course fee, transaction status, receipt number, payment mode and payment gateway reference.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser, device type, pages visited and security logs.

3. Payment Information

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or other authorised payment service providers. We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials or other sensitive payment instrument credentials on our servers. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment gateway according to its security standards and applicable law.

4. How We Use Information

  • To process enquiries, quick applications, admissions and course checkout requests.
  • To verify mobile/email OTPs and protect student account access.
  • To provide course access, student dashboard services, fee receipts, certificates and identity cards.
  • To communicate admission updates, payment status, course information and support responses.
  • To prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorised access, duplicate accounts and payment disputes.
  • To comply with legal, accounting, tax, audit and payment gateway requirements.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with service providers required to deliver our services, including payment gateways, SMS/OTP providers, email providers, hosting providers, document storage tools, auditors, legal advisors and regulatory authorities where required. We do not sell student personal information.

6. Student Documents and Certificates

Documents submitted for admission or verification are used only for student administration, eligibility checks, certificate generation, identity card generation and compliance. QR-linked certificate and identity card pages may show limited verification details needed to confirm authenticity.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect student information. No website or internet transmission is completely risk-free, so students must keep passwords, OTPs and account access confidential.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed for admission, course delivery, student records, certificates, accounts, payment records, legal compliance, dispute resolution and legitimate business requirements. Abandoned checkout drafts may be retained for follow-up and audit unless deletion is requested where legally permissible.

9. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support login sessions, security, performance, analytics and user experience. You may control cookies from your browser settings, but some site features may not work properly if disabled.

10. Your Choices and Rights
