1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, applying for admission, purchasing a course, making payment, logging in to student services or using certificate verification, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Training Services

NAISFT INDIA provides safety, fire technology, industrial skill, quality, technical and career-oriented training programs. Course details, duration, eligibility, fees, learning mode, schedule, assessment, certificate eligibility and placement-support scope may vary by program.

3. Admission and Eligibility

• Admission is subject to correct student details, eligibility, document submission, fee payment and internal verification.
• Students must provide accurate information. NAISFT INDIA may reject, suspend or cancel applications containing false, incomplete or misleading information.
• Course seats, batches, schedules and modes may be subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

Course fees shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway. Payment completion is subject to successful gateway authorisation and verification.

• Payment gateway charges, taxes or bank charges may apply where applicable.
• Students must not share OTPs, card details, UPI PINs or passwords with anyone.
• NAISFT INDIA does not store card, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.

5. Course Access and Fulfilment Policy

For online or digital services, student dashboard access, payment status and course-related services are normally activated after payment confirmation and admission verification. For offline or centre-based training, batch details, training location and schedule will be communicated by the admissions team.

As training services are educational services, there is no physical shipping of goods unless printed material, ID card or documents are specifically offered. Any physical delivery, if applicable, will be communicated separately with estimated timelines and costs.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Students should review the course details before payment. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the nature of the course, activation status and work already performed.

• If payment is deducted but admission/course activation fails due to a technical issue, the student should contact us within 7 working days with payment proof.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be initiated to the original payment method through the payment gateway or bank channel.
• Refund processing time depends on the bank/payment gateway and may take 5 to 10 working days after approval.
• Once course access, batch allocation, study material, certificate processing or substantial student service has started, fees may be non-refundable except where required by law or approved by NAISFT INDIA.
• No refund will be provided for false student information, document mismatch, violation of rules, misuse, duplicate accounts or non-attendance after batch allocation.

7. Failed, Duplicate or Pending Payments

If a payment fails but money is debited, students should wait for bank/payment gateway reversal timelines and contact support with transaction details. Duplicate successful payments may be reviewed and refunded after reconciliation.

8. Student Account and Dashboard

Students are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details, OTPs and account access. NAISFT INDIA may restrict accounts for suspicious activity, unpaid dues, policy violations or security reasons.

9. Certificates, ID Cards and Verification

Certificates and identity cards may be issued only after applicable academic, attendance, assessment, fee and administrative requirements are completed. QR verification pages are provided to help confirm authenticity. NAISFT INDIA may revoke or reissue credentials where fraud, error, misuse or administrative correction is identified.

10. Placement and Career Support

Placement assistance, career guidance, resume support, interview preparation and job alerts are support services only. They do not guarantee employment, salary, visa approval, employer selection or overseas placement.

11. Student Conduct

Students must behave respectfully, follow training and safety instructions, avoid misuse of materials and not copy, distribute, resell or misrepresent NAISFT INDIA course content, certificates or credentials.

12. Intellectual Property

Website content, course materials, branding, certificates, designs, images, text and digital resources belong to NAISFT INDIA or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, sold, published or used commercially without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

NAISFT INDIA will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and services. However, we are not liable for indirect loss, internet failure, third-party service outages, payment gateway delays, bank delays, device issues or user error. Our liability, where legally established, will be limited to the amount paid for the relevant course/service.

14. Disputes and Support

Students should first contact NAISFT INDIA support for payment, admission, course, certificate or account concerns. We will review disputes based on records, payment status, documents and applicable policy.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by the competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction over NAISFT INDIA's operating location.

16. Updates to Terms

NAISFT INDIA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
